Business Consulting Solutions LLC is a professional training and development company. We work with small, mid-sized, and large companies in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. We provide training, behavioral and organizational assessments, organizational development, and management coaching services. Unlike other firms, we have years of real-world management experience in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. We excel at providing customized solutions to help managers, business owners, and business professionals to both improve their managerial and interpersonal effectiveness and positively impact organizational productivity.  Robert Tanner is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Business Consulting Solutions LLC.
